John had a cross country meet in Titusville this past Saturday, so that meant it was just Mommy and Jordan overnight! It seemed to be a lot scarier than it actually was...Jordan must've known that Mommy was nervous being alone because he was a complete angel! He slept well and even posed for a few pictures that we could send to Daddy that night.
And to top things off, his umbilical stump finally fell off, so we were able to give him his first tub bath the next night once John got home. And boy, is his belly button cute! He really seems to like the warm water and he likes to stare at himself in the bathroom mirror (who knows if he knows who is looking at!) while we are washing him. After his baths, we lay him on the floor for some massage time from both Mommy and Daddy. He seems to like having his legs stretched and massaged the best....he'll probably be a runner!

My first tub bath
He really cracked us up this weekend while on our walk: he loves to raise his arms up over his head (almost constantly!) and make funny faces. We snapped a few pictures on our cell phone, which we posted below. Jordan's funny personality is really starting to show through! |
